Once a year we take a day to honor our Mothers. And it’s a good thing we do because Mothers are famous for taking care of everyone and everything while typically neglecting themselves. Putting everyone’s needs before your own can be stressful. Did you know that nearly 90% of doctor visits are stress-related ailments? Stress is harmful to your health. So this Mother’s Day, give yourself and your Mom some stress relief with these Stress-Busters:

#1 : HEALTHY EATINGwoman eating healthy

The human body is like a car – it needs the right fuel to function well…fuel like fresh fruits and vegetables that provide nutrients essential to on-going health and vitality.
